Individual Reservation Policy

Individual Reservations
(less than 10 reservations per hotel)

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Deposit Requested

The deposit requested depends on the duration of your stay:
- 1 night for a 1-night reservation
- 2 nights for a 2 nights reservation
- 3 nights for all reservations of 3 nights and more

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork.

If your payment is not received 7 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.

You can choose to prepay in full your accommodation by selecting the option “Full Prepayment” when booking online. You will be able to settle the full cost of your stay, including the room rate, daily breakfast and city tax.

2. Accommodation cancellation policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received before january 30th, 2020, the deposit paid will be refunded via the original method of payment.

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received from february 01st, 2020, you are committed to pay for all the nights initially reserved. The hotel may charge you for all the nights, even in case of no-show or early departure.

In the context of new reservations made from April 13th 2020 the cancellation conditions are as follows:

• In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay received before April 26th, 2021, the deposit paid will be reimbursed in full.

• In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay received from April 27th 2021, the hotel will be entitled to invoice you for all of the nights initially reserved and additional payment may be required.

Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the hotel and no refund will apply.

Name changes are without restrictions.

3. Accommodation invoicing process

• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations.

• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant hotel(s).

• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved for you and the amount to be paid to confirm them.

• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your hotel before departure.

Group Reservation Policy

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Deposit Requested

- A deposit corresponding to 40% of your room block will be requested upfront to confirm your reservation request.

- Before the 15th of December 2019 an additional payment will be requested to reach 80% of your room block.

- Before the 15th of January 2020 an additional payment will be requested to reach 100% of your room block. All nights/rooms added from this date will have to be prepaid in full upfront to be confirmed.

In the context of new reservations made from April 13th 2020 the cancellation conditions are as follows:

- A first deposit corresponding to 40% of the total amount due for your block of rooms will be requested immediately to confirm your reservation.

- Before March 25th, 2021, an additional payment will be requested to reach 80% of your room block.

- Before April 26th, 2021, an additional payment will be requested to reach 100% of your room block. All nights/rooms added from this date will have to be prepaid in full upfront to be confirmed.

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. In case the requested deposit is not received at the date scheduled, only the nights/rooms paid will be confirmed to the hotel, the nights/rooms unpaid may be released back into the booking system for resale.

You can choose to prepay in full your delegates accommodation including the room rate, daily breakfast and city tax. Please inform your bnetwork contact.

2. Accommodation cancellation policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• From the reservation date until september 1st, 2019, 100% of the number of rooms booked per night and per hotel may be released free of charge.

• From september 02nd, 2019 to december 02nd, 2019, 20% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From december 3rd, 2019 to january 31th, 2020, 10% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From february 1st, 2020, a 100% penalty fee will be kept for additional night/room cancelled. You are committed to pay for all the nights/rooms reserved.

In the context of new reservations made from April 13th 2020 the cancellation conditions are as follows:

• From the reservation date until January 24th, 2021, 50% of the number of rooms booked per night and per hotel may be released free of charge.

• From January 25th, 2021 to February 22th, 2021, 20% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From February 23th, 2021 to March 25th, 2021, 10% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From March 26th, 2021 to April 26th 2021, 5% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From April 27th, 2021, a 100% penalty fee will be kept for additional night/room cancelled. You are committed to pay for all the nights/rooms reserved.

In any event, cancellation fees cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.

Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the hotel and no refund will apply.

Name changes are without restrictions.
