(less than 10 reservations per hotel)
When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Amount Requested
Prepayment of the full stay is requested for confirmation.
Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.
If your payment is not received 5 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.
2. Accommodation cancellation policy
Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:
• In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay received before January 25, 2027, the amount paid will be reimbursed in full (except for the administrative fee of 2.00%)
• In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay received from January 26, 2027, the hotel will be entitled to invoice you for all of the nights initially reserved and additional payment may be required.
Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the hotel and no refund will apply.
Name changes are without restrictions.
3. Accommodation invoicing process
• bnetwork collects payments for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant hotel(s).
• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the rooms reserved for you and the amount to be paid to confirm them.
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your hotel before departure.

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Deposit Requested
Kindly note that a 2% administrative fee will be automatically added to all payments.
- A first deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount due for your block of rooms will be requested immediately to confirm your reservation.
- Before December 24th, 2026, an additional payment will be requested to reach 100% of your room block. All nights/rooms added from this date will have to be prepaid in full upfront to be confirmed.
Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. In case the requested deposit is not received at the date scheduled, only the nights/rooms paid will be confirmed to the hotel, the nights/rooms unpaid may be released back into the booking system for resale.
You can choose to prepay in full your delegates accommodation including the room rate, daily breakfast and city tax. Please inform your bnetwork contact.

• From October 27, 2026 to November 25, 2026, 50% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.
• From November 26, 2065 to December 24, 2026, 30% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.
• From December 25, 2026 to January 25, 2027, 10% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.
• From January 26, 2026, a 100% penalty fee will be kept for additional night/room cancelled. You are committed to pay for all the nights/rooms reserved.
In any event, cancellation fees cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.
